ตารางนี้คือ การวิจัยของสมาคมเครื่องเย็นของประเทศอเมริกา (ASHRAE) แสดงการเจริญเติบโตของเชื้อโรคในอากาศกับความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ของอากาศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น แบคทีเรีย ไวรัส รา และไรฝุ่นจะตายที่ ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ที่ประมาณ 50%RH

จากปัญหาและความรู้ที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ขอนำเสนอ นวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีใหม่ คือ เครื่องปรับสภาพบรรยากาศ (Precise Climate Controller) เป็นระบบควบคุมสภาพบรรยากาศ ที่สามารถควบคุมทั้งอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ได้อย่างแม่นยำและต่อเนื่อง โดยอุณหภูมิจะควบคุมให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ในช่วง +/- 0.2 องศาของค่าที่ตั้ง และความชื้นสัมพัทธ์อยู่ในช่วง +/- 2 %RH ของค่าที่ตั้ง ซึ่งต้องใช้การควบคุมด้วยเทคโนโลยีชั้นสูงเท่านั้นถึงทำได้ เนื่องจากค่าความชื้นสัมพัทธ์เป็นตัวแปรที่ cross coupling กับค่าตัวแปรอุณหภูมิ ดังนั้นการควบคุมจึงต้องใช้เทคโนโลยีชั้นสูงในการควบคุมที่เรียกว่า decoupling control

หลักการทำงานของ Precise Climate Controller เครื่องปรับสภาพบรรยากาศ มีการทำงานอยู่สองโหมด คือ
1. Full control mode ใช้ในกรณีมีคนอยู่ในห้องซึ่งจะทำการควบคุมทั้งอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์
2. Standby mode ใช้ในกรณีไม่มีคนอยู่ในห้อง จะเป็นการควบคุมเฉพาะความชื้นสัมพัทธ์เพียงอย่างเดียว

ผู้ที่เป็นภูมิแพ้ โดยเฉพาะเด็กเล็กและเด็กในวัยเรียนที่เป็นโรคภูมิแพ้กันมาก เด็กที่เป็นโรคภูมิแพ้จะมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ด้อยกว่าเด็กทั่วไป มีผลการเรียนตกต่ำเรียนไม่ทันเพื่อน การเจริญเติบโตช้าทั้งสมองและร่างกาย คนเป็นพ่อ-แม่อย่ารอให้สายเกินแก้ไขกับการลงทุนหาสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้กับลูกตัวเอง (สุขภาพของลูกสำคัญที่สุดสำหรับคนเป็นพ่อเป็นแม่)

> ผู้สูงอายุ ที่ปกติจะมีภูมิคุ้มกันลดลงตามอายุที่เพิ่มขี้น ที่มีแนวโน้มจะติดเชื้อโรคได้ง่ายกว่า เริ่มจากการติดเชื้อใน กระแสเลือดก่อนจะเสียชีวิต โดยการรับเชื้อโรคที่มาจากอากาศที่หายใจ

> ผู้ป่วยหลังการผ่าตัดและผู้ป่วยเรื้อรัง ที่มีแนวโน้มเสียชีวิตเพิ่มขึ้นเนื่องจากติดเชื้อราที่ระบบทางเดินหายใจ ผู้ป่วย เหล่านี้จะมีภูมิคุ้มกันต่ำรับการติดเชื้อได้ง่าย

> ผู้ป่วยโรคหอบ หืด ที่มักมีจะรับตัวกระตุ้นให้อาการกำเริบได้จาก สารพิษจากเชื้อราและสารก่อภูมิแพ้จากไรฝุ่น และ อาการกำเริบเมื่อสภาวะอากาศมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง

สมาคมวิศวกรปรับอากาศอเมริกา (ASHRAE) รายงานว่า ที่ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ที่อยู่ในช่วง 40-60%RH และอุณหภูมิระหว่าง 22-27 องศาเซลเซียล ที่เป็นสภาพบรรยากาศที่เราใช้ทำการกำจัดเชื้อแบคทีเรีย ไวรัส เชื้อราและไรฝุ่น ยังเป็นจุดความสบายสูงสุดของคน (Comfort Zone)ที่เครื่องปรับอากาศทั่วไปไม่สามารถทำได้ ดังนั้นถ้าหากคุณได้นอนในห้องที่ติดตั้ง เครื่องปรับสภาพบรรยากาศจะทำให้คุณนอนหลับได้สนิทหลับลึก(Deep Sleep) มีผลทำให้ระบบภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายจะทำงานได้ดีมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

The working principle of Precise Climate Controller There are two modes of operation.
